Carlmont Optometry

I have been a customer for several years. recently I dropped off a pair of glasses for repair and asked them to mail them to me at my new address in Southern Calif. They said sure, and it would cost me $10.00. I paid it, up front they mailed me the glasses and it only cost them a little over $2.00. I requested a refund for the difference in what i paid and what it actually cost them. The ignored me, i sent a second request for a refund then they called me and tried to say there was not only postage but handling and "stuff". I reminded them that they told me the cost would be $10.00 and i asked for my refund for the difference and they had a bad attitude and said " I'll send you the whole ten dollars back, You need it more than we do. I told him that I only wanted the difference between the actual cost to ship the item and what i paid up front in good faith. very poor attitudes and they have lost a customer. Very truly, Ken Hooper
