I am a private rescue for abandoned and abused dogs, have worked with at least 20 vets in the Charlottesville VA area and this is BY FAR the best vet in the area and now I use them almost exclusively. I saw someone's "bad" rating for this vet and was incredulous -- he said they failed to do bloodwork and couldn't figure out that his pet had diabetes, which might have happened if they were trying out a new vet at one point but NONE of their current vets (4 total) is that green, and all of their current vets are stakeholders in the operation. They are thorough and competent and caring, everything I want in a vet and hard to find all in one place. They refer to excellent specialists in cases requiring same (ACL surgery, etc.) Their prices are reasonable for the area (better than many), their surgery and follow-up care is top notch, I wholeheartedly recommend them to any domestic pet owner.

There are not adequate words to describe the high quality of service and expertise that you will find with these people. They are knowledgeable and experienced in every area of "earth" work one can think of. They build great roads, do grading work to perfection, fix and re-stone driveways, build stone walls, ETC. They insist upon excellence in everything they tackle. They are good hard workers, never cut corners, communicate well while the work is in progress, as needed. They are a family business and the salt of the earth, have access to good additional subcontractors where the job requires it, and last but not least, always price-competitive.
