Dr. Florentino is the best, this Doctor does much to support his community and patients. He has a genuine concern about his patients and the community. Affordable, and reasonable. Thanks.
This office has caring people, I have never felt so good about a Doctor. They really care about my family and their well being. Follow up and follow through is the name of the game here. The bedside manner is awesome.
I asked them to check my insurance to see what benifts where and what would and would not be covered on an optional procedure. They gave me a written quote, with the quopted benifits. when the bill came and the insurance reviewed. The insurance wouold not cover the procedure. The insurance company stated that they never would have covered this procedure. The dental office told me it was my problem. They have some culpability when check benefits. After all, I am not a dentost, I cannot pay whatever.
Employees are rude. Hours are short. Called in the end of November and made appointments for my kids and myself to get in before the change of the 2007 year. The could only get us in on one day around the 15th od December. They called one hour before to cancel with us, I asked for a reschedule before the end of the year. They said that they did not have any opening before the year end. I asked about the Denrtist working on a weekend to make up the missed time, they laughed at me. I asked them to call if thy had a cancellation. They said tehy would not do that, but I was welcome tp call daily to see if there were any cancellations. Gee, I am glad I can serve them so well. YOU GOT IT BACKWARDS GUYS!
Dr. Bond took care of my Daughters teeth and did a good job. But I am debating taking my son there because of one of his employees. Arrogant she is. I hope the attitude has changed.
This is known as an Asian Massage Parlor. I found this out on accident, when I was touched inappropriately. I never went back. If you know someone who is going here there is only one reason.
I have gone to this place since they opened. They were excellent in the begining, but have gotten worse as time has gone on. I concure with the other reviews I have read, they really need to step it up here, massage envy has it down pat. Try them.
Love the look, people are very friendly. I have never had a bad service here, but stopped going becasue they continued to raise prices for serivces beyong what I thought was reasonable and much hogher then what the rest of the market place offered.
I Cannot stand this store. Example of experience. I buy an item in Streamwood, which has a higher tax than Elgin. I go to the Elgin store for a refund because it is convienent for me. They will not refunsd the difference in taxes. Every other store on the planet has a plan to return collected taxes. Not this one. Another example, Walmarts Policy is if something rings up incorrectly, you get $3 off the item (plus the correct price adjustment), or if it is less than $3 it is free. This is WALMART'S Policy. But it does not matter which store employee serves you, they will first attempt to give you the difference in the error back, not the $3, then they act as though they do not know what you are talking about. Even though the policy is posted at EVERY REGISTER. This has not happened once, this has happened more than a dozen times to me since this store opened.
Contacted this store a few different times. One of the owner claims to be (geusing at the title) Regional owners rep. I have asked them on more than one occasion to quote on siome things. They say they will get back to me, I call them, they tell me they didn't get to it. Etc etc. Poor follow thorugh only make me wonder why Iw ould trust them for anything.
