Just went there for the first time today. I read about them on the best of D Magazine online. Mag Allen cut my hair and between Mag and a short consultation with Matthew they were able to fix my bangs which I had decided to lop off a week ago. They were bad, but Mag was very nice and encouraging. He did a great job on my hair color, cut and style. He also showed me a couple of different ways to wear my hair, before he even colored it which I had never had anyone do for me. Mag was very friendly and funny. Actually everyone is very friendly from the receptionist who took care of me when I first walked in, Matthew, and another stylists who included me in his conversation as well. I made a follow up appt for next month before I left, so I definitely will be going back.
