I really like this place it offers fast fresh food a nice change from your typical fast food restaurant. My favorite sandwich is the smokehouse turkey, you will be surprised by how good this sandwich is for a fast food place. Also the combination of bacon and sun dried tomatoes is amazing , but unexpected. But, I also like to get the get the split plate where you get a cup of soup and a half sandwich. Overall a great place.
I don't know why anyone would go to the Alamo for BBQ food when Wood Ranch is near bye. When I went to the Alamo I ordered a half chicken and the chicken I was served was extremely dry and I had to cover it in barbecue sauce to make it taste good. Everyone else in my party also felt that the food was poor quality. I will say that the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but the food is not worth it. Not to mention the fact that the prices were pretty high for the quality of food that you get.
Mongolian Barbeque is the best! For lunch you only get one bowl of food, so I recommend going for dinner where it is all you can eat. It is more expensive at dinner, but it is worth it for the extra food. At Mongolian you start by adding the frozen meat of your choice and then you add the vegetables and sauces you want and they cook the food right in front of you. One bad thing about the restaurant is the soup they serve you is horrible so stay away from it.
This place is great for kids because you can watch them make the olga bread that your sandwich is made on. I recommend the chicken fajita sandwich. Also don't miss out on their famous curly fries. When it comes to prices Olga's is a little on the expensive side, but it is still worth the price.
Super Tommy's is not a well know place, but it is a great place for breakfast. My recommendation is the breakfast burrito, it always taste great and their is a good variety of salsas to add flavor to your burrito. Overall the prices are reasonable and it is a quite place to eat breakfast and catch up on the news on the tvs in the restaurant.
Tony's is a great place to hang out and eat. Tony's serves pizza by the slice and whole pizzas. The slices of pizza are large and two will fill you up for a reasonable price. When you get pizza from here make sure to ask for a side of ranch because it goes great with their pizza. Overall this place serves good pizza at a reasonable price making it a must on any lunch break.
Maria's has good rosemary bread and baked ziti pasta, but I feel that it pizza is below average. It is a good place to do take out from because they have good family deals, that tend to be fairly reasonably priced. I would not recommend eating in the restaurant though because waits can get long and the food is not worth the wait.
I rented a truck here to help me move. It was the cheapest truck rental I could find (I think it was around $30), and the staff was very helpful and informative. I was very impressed with the whole experience.
This hotel may be a little pricey (>$200) but it is worth every penny. The grounds are beautifully kept and the rooms are both spacious and immaculate. The location is convenient for golfers heading to the Westlake Golf Course.
Canyon Vista does not have anything that is to spectacular, but they serve consistent food, day in and day out. This is the dinning hall that you should go to if you are looking for complete meals day in and day out. Breakfast is the best meal at CV so try the ready to order omelets.
