Wiseguys Bar & Grill
Nice, Family owned bar and grill. Food is great. Friendly service, Karaoke, dancing, billards, darts... fun for the kids (before "bar" hours of course!) Great pizza, good prices!
Bocci Salon & Spa | Sterling Heights
I went to Bocci's to get my short (then, very short) hairstyle trimmed up. Boy, did they botch that up! I told the stylist EXACTLY what I was looking for (since the shorter style had grown out so much), I even showed her what I wanted on the little heads they have scattered all over the salon.... Wow... I don't know if it was her first day on the job or what, but boy was my hair a mess. She chopped off WAY too much, never thinned the thick area that needed it, took WAY too long to do the chopping she was doing, and never even washed my hair to begin with.
I was very disappointed at her unprofessionalism, lack of talent, and the over all experience.
As a "new" customer, you expect the staff to treat you nicely, as you would think they would want return business.... but not at Bocci's. Staff was stuck up and rude.
I would NOT recommend this spa to anyone wanting a friendly smile and a nice haircut... they're bett at BoRics!
Pros: Had a gift card, clean, nice bldg.
Cons: bad service, bad haircuts
Computer Plus Inc
I break mine all the time, viruses, bugs, failing system, etc. Craig and Michelle know their stuff, and work quickly and efficiently to get you back up and running!
Very friendly, fast service, and they do not charge you an arm and a leg!
Very knowledgeable about computers and systems, helpful in many ways.
Ding Ho Restaurant
Ding Ho has excellent food, nice small quaint restaurant, nice place to meet for a quiet meal, staff is friendly, but is indeed slow. Plan on waiting a while for your food. Food is excellent, but plan on spending more than the usual time to get done. I suggest you call ahead and place a carry out order!
PROS: Good Food
CONS: Slow service
Shogun
My kids, my mother, my entire family LOVES Shogun's. This is a cool place to take the kids, although the younger ones may not like the food. Food is amazing, excellent dishes, entertaining, awesome lunch rates! Fun for the whole family, sitting at the hibachi grill, the guy flips the shrimp tails into his hat, pocket, etc... the kids love it! Amazing sauces, food cooked to your liking. I would recommend Shogun's to anyone!
Long Fong Restaurant
My mother loves this place! My family has frequented Long Fongs for years now. Always friendly service, authentic feeling atmosphere, good food (just don't ask for an american dish!), great soup!
My daughter ordered mashed potatoes there once... not a good idea!
Stick to whats on the menu, and you can't go wrong! Everything here is delicious!
Animal Activity Center, Inc.
We love this shop, great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, healthy and amazing animals. All supplies to care for your pet can be found here, the shop is clean, doesn't stink like most pet stores, animals are clean and look healthy. Would recommend to anyone with pets, or looking for a pet.
VCA Clinton Township Animal Hospital
My daughter and her friend found a lost baby bird. We actually waited a couple days before picking it up and taking it to the vet. They looked at him, fed him and sent us on our way, no charge.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice building, good location.
PROS: Nice, animals matter
CONS: Price
Mark D Berman & Associates
I went to this dentist for years and regret every second of it. The office staff is nice, but that doesn't erase all the other bad things about this dentist. The insurance always got screwed up, they charged me for procedures that I either dudn't recieve, or didn't need, they always try to get you to go the most expensive route (and are very convincing). The dentist and assistants are nice, but they don't really care about you, they care about the cash.
My daughter had trouble losing her baby teeth. They insisted that pulling 4 of my daughters baby teeth would be the answer for her, and then tried to convince me to get jaw spacers on a 5 year old, claiming that it would widen her jaw and allow forher adult teeth to come in. A 5 year old? Please. No way Jose.
My daughter is now 17, her jaw IS wide enough for her teeth, and none of the things he WANTED to do to her at age 5 were even neccessary!
Abate-Romano, Kathleen A, Dds - Millennium Family Dental
I have ALWAYS hated the dentist, due to so many bad experiences with them in the past. Not that I have bad teeth, just always had a bad dentists!
When my tooth cracked, I was in misery, with no insurance, and decided to try this one after locating her in the phone book.
She was amazing! Wonderful, polite, compassionate staff. They had the gas all lined up for me, they knew I didn't want to be there, and made it as easy as they could.... everything went off without a hitch, and I would HIGHLY recommend htis dentist to everyone!
