East Japanese Restaurant perpares and serves very good sushi. Nothing fabulous, but good quality and nicely prepared. Reasonable prices. Recommended.
I just happened across Sennen Japanese Restaurant and discovered absolutely delightful sushi. Expertly prepared and attractively presented. Reasonable prices. Highly Recomended!
Outstanding Sushi and Hibachi. I expecially liked the Saba, Uni and Tom's Roll. Nice variety and very fresh. Expertly created and attractively presented. highly Recommended Restaruant.
I first visited Hunan Pan expecting a typical Hunan menu, but was both surprised and delighted to find sushi and other Japanese items on the menu. Excellent food, whatever your choice. The sushi is fresh and fantastic. Recommended.
THe first thing I noticed about Vito's Deli is that it is sparkling clean! Nice feeling when you walk in. The best part is Vito's sandwiches and salads. Superb selection and never a bad experience. Highly Recommended!
Villa Gourmet is a delightful store specializing in gormet rareties and specialties that just aren't available at the supermarket. A wide variety of stuffed ravioli and cheese, plus cooking classes. Just a classy little shop!
Il Forno Ristorante & Bar borders on being Fine Dining. The food is not only wonderfully flavorful, but quite nicely presented. Quite a nice restaurant. Highly Recommended.
The Athenian Inn has been a mainstay of the Pike Place Market forever and always as a very well regarded restaurant. It has all the features of the market I remember as a kid, stools at the counter and rustic look and feel. Maybe because I've enjoyed it so much in the past, my two most recent visits have been less than memorable. The food has dipped in quality and its no longer worth the price. An absolute shame for a place with such a rich distinctly Seattle history.
Lowell's Restaurant & Bar is THE place to have breakfast at the Pike Place Market. You order at the counter, get your won sivlerware and Tulleys coffee, then find a place to sit. The view of Elliot Bay is outstanding and so is the food. Lowell's Hang Town Scramble with market fresh oysters simply can't be beat! Breakfast dishes range from $10 to $15, and its worth every bite.
It never occured to me to have Piroshky in a shopping mall, but Piroshky-Piroshky is at winner at Crossroads Mall. Same great taste as Pike Place Market.
