This is a great place to go enjoy some margharitas with friends and have a great dinner as well. The environment, service and food are all excellent. You really need to check this place out.
Diner Taco
This place has more authentic mexican cuisine which is very good to find. Most places around here are all Tex Mex but this is truly Mexican food and the flavors are great.
Landmark at the Melrose Hotel
I have stayed here on several occasions and I love the rooms and the atmosphere of the entire hotel. This place is a great place to stay when you are in Dallas and if you are planning to go out to the nearby bars you are in walking distance which is a great safety feature as well.
Union Jack
Definitely a shop you need to check out. They have a wide variety of clothing and accessories to choose from and I usually find something I love and must have when I go shopping there.
Luna De Noche-Northpark Ltd
I have eaten at several Luna de Noche locations and this one is very conveniently located at Northpark Mall. You can have dinner and then go shopping or to the movies without having to drive anywhere else. The food is excellent and the service is great.
Buena Vista Palace
I stayed here last year when I was in Orlando and I was very pleased with the service and accomodations. The location is great and is in walking distance to pleasure island.
Feedstore Bbq & More
This place has some really great barbeque. The brisket and sausage are both outstanding and they have really great sauce to go along with it. You should definitely check this place out if you are craving some really great food.
Nuvo
Nuvo is a great place to drop in and do some quick shopping on the strip in Oaklawn. They have a wide variety of things to shop for anywhere from books, bath accessories to birthday cards and designer pens. Drop by and check it out sometime.
Meteor
We go down to Houston often to visit our friends and we really enjoy hanging out and having a few cocktails at Meteor. It is a very nice place with reasonable drink prices and a great crowd of people but not too crowded either.
Clay Pit
This is by far my favorite Indian restaurant in the DFW area. Very flavorful foods and very reasonable prices. The environment is very nice and I frequent this place.
