My friend and I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses from this store. The order was placed in Jan of 2008. In May 19, 2008 our dresses arrived at the store only to find out that they had ordered the wrong dress. When I spoke with the store manger Tiffany, she informed me that the company would not be able to make us new dress in time for the June 21st wedding. The other bridesmaid contacted your the designer and was told that they would be able to do so and would contact the store because they could only talk to them. Tiffany did not get back to promptly enough and we were unable to to order the correct dresses. The store basically blamed us the consumer and took no responsilbilty for their actions. I am writing you to inform you that this Bridal company has horrible customer serivce. I was in the store numerous times regarding this issue and spoke to other customers there and they told me the same thing. Un Amour Bridal is horrible customer service and we treated very rudely.
