My Family has used Donovans Service for a number of years. My 22 year old daughter had a alternator that went bad on her pickup ~06-27-08 Asked her Grandmother where she could take it that wouldn't rip her off. Donovan's charged her double the price for a alternator $201 over O' Riley109.00 with a core return of $75 then told her her battery was bad so they Installed a new battery for $109 when it was home her boyfriend opened the hood and noticed repair work on the air-conditioner that they a had damaged. They did all of this and never called to give and estimate and get an ok to go ahead and do the service. Labor was $87.00.They just lost around 8 vehicles to work on.
