Orinda Deli serves taste 7 inch subs, grinders, and salads for a decent price. The food is fresh and delicious but frequently they run out of their specialty breads and meats. The food is prepared quickly and the service gives you a sense unique old town feel. My only draw back is that the sandwiches are small and there is not an option to upgrade. Good for on the go, but not if you're hungry.
Beach Cities is in a great location in the Dana Point Harbor, good pizza, and old school surfer attitude. The location is small and a local favorite. The pizza is good but thr bead sticks and calzones are the best. The food is great but recently it made a price jump. I would recommend Beach Cities to a tourist, however, I don't feel like paying for a $25 large pizza.
Good Lunch special
Once you fight through the line of hungry college kids you get your choice of a burrito, taco, nacho or Quesadilla. Unfortunately, next to these wonderful delight is the price. The burritos without sour cream or guacamole stop just under $10. The nachos, thought huge, cost almost $14. The food is wonderful but the cost hurts. The burritos are not much bigger than Rubios or Baja Fresh but taste better if you want to pay the price.
Urban Thai is a hidden secret in Aliso Viejo. The food is amazing, the service is prompt and the prices aren'tgong to break the bank. The restaurant is small and does fill up but to go oders can be requested. I love the spicey dishes! I go to this restaurant once every two week and I get a different item every time. I recommend this place, it's a great deal and perfect for friends, a date, or to go order.
A's Burger is a stable Dana Point Burger stand perfect for a long day on the beach. They specialize in breakfast burritos and tasty burgers. The drawbacks are they are a little pricy for what you get and the service can be pushy. I recommend this place.
Vender was very pushy and the food was extremely expensive for a greesy spoon burger stand. It didn't meet my expectations and specialized in taking your money!
I usually go about once every two weeks and enjoy it every time. The best part is you always leave with a doggy bag. They specialize in amazing fish tacos and tequilla chicken. I very good deal but get there early because it fills up. I recommend Coyote Grill!
I wanted a juicy greacy burger and based on the name I exspected exactly that. I arrived at dinner time and had to wait to be seated, not a problem. However, the service was poor and the food took and very noticeable amount of time. The cheese burger was good but wsan't up to the hype. Good but not great.
The Restuarant is clean and in a good location in Orinda, CA. I ordered the spicy tuna roll and sushi dinner. Hanazen did meet my expectations; however, I did find it a little pricy. The friendly service and quick creations made a big impression. I recommend Hanazen if you don't want to go to drive all the way to San Fran.
