Toyota Of Alameda
I requested a quote on the internet from Toyota of Alameda on behalf of my brother. I had all the information my brother wanted to ask and probably make a deal. George Kreitem from Toyota of Alameda was quick to give us a call. I answered and he asked for my brother. I had said he stepped out and that my brother wanted me to relay the message. George didn't want to hear it only for the fact I was a girl. But once he realized he can get me in and probably make me his next prey, he decided to hear me out. I asked what the price of the car becuase it wasn't advertised on the website. He says its originally priced for over $25K and he's bringing it down to $21K. Then he uses the SALES tatic quote "What price will it take for you to come down here today". I said $16K-$17K. He was quickly to say nevermind and hand up. I guess he figured he wouldn't have chance of having me come in and wearing me out for hours until a SLAM deal is made.
He was also extremely RUDE throughout the converstation. Nothing unusal, when the deal doesn't go the way the Salesman wishes to, they become SHADY!
I recommend ALL future car buyers stay away from this dealership.
Dublin Honda Automobiles
Let's put it this way, I walked out very unsatisfied. Do not deal with car Salesman MARK BURDA. I was told he is one of the best car salesmen.... why? Because he is overly aggressive, he will tell you what you want to hear and he WILL NOT let you walk away. I repeat he WILL NOT let you walk away. If you get passed negotiating the price and payments, make sure you DO NOT deal with the Finance Rep, CHRIS. He will then say one thing and put something different on your contract, being sneaky about making changes to your bottom-line wishes and what you originally agreed upon. Lastly, STEVE the Sales Manager is a very calm guy because he tunes you while talking to him. He will believe his teams' word versus yours.
Bottom line, save yourself some time and choose another Honda Dealership with some integrity.
