Scott had been to my house once before, but not to try and find my lost wedding rings, his thoroughness, thoughtfulness and understanding went way beyond that of the average employee. I am convinced that good fortune and blessings were on my side today. When I first called in, Gillece's staff quickly arranged an emergency appointment - Scott arrived an hour later and one of two rings were excavated from my drain pipes.
