'Excellent Customer Service'
I've got to give West County Optometry 5 stars for their customer service. My glasses came back from the lab with a significant mistake in filling the prescription - at a time when I was returning to my retirement home in Mexico within a few days. Sean detected the error and he and Chris moved heaven and earth to ensure that a corrected set of glasses was produced and received via overnight mail prior to my return date. I'm very pleased with the glasses and very impressed with the service I received. Kudos to all concerned! - Kevin O'Byrne
