'Tu Construction did great job on my 4 plex.'
Tu did a great job on my 4 plex. The place was neglected and I was able to buy at a good price. Tu and his crew did an apartment at a time. They demo'd, replaced the floors, windows, redid the bathrooms, bedroom closets and kitchen, retextured, repainted, and did some rewiring and upgrades within 2 weeks per apartment.
What I liked most is they stayed on the job, through out the project and didn't wander off site to do other jobs. We were done in no time. The apartments still are very nice after two year's wear and tear. Reasonable pricing as well.
