I've spent my life in the photo industry and have tons of prints I'm finally getting around to having framed. Frugal Phil's is the first frame shop I've worked with who provides outstanding service, but doesn't make you cry when you get the bill. The people there are terrific and their service and quality of work is even better!

Being in the photographic industry for 38 years you can imagine the number of prints I've collected. Well, I've finally found a custom frame shop that does an outstanding job and doesn't kill you when the bill comes. Plus, they do the job right and on time! I've now had at least a dozen different pieces framed there and every one of them has been perfect.
