Katherine is the owner and is always there when open. Her jewelry collection is fabulous. She has a wide selection of rings, bracelets, necklaces and old watches. She has every stone you would look for. Her collection of china and glassware also gives you a wide selection.
Their are so many things to look at and buy that you can spend hours. Love her things.
Foster's training center is top notch. You can go to classes or have individual lessons with Frank Foster. Frank is wonderful with the dogs. The rates are not cheap but you get what you pay for.
The boarding facilities are fabulous. They are detached from his home but on his property. We feel comfortable knowing that someone is always close. The actual boarding facility is so clean that you could eat off the floor. They feed your dog on schedule and take them out and play during the day.
The staff is wonderful and they put up with us calling every day!! Highly recommended but you must book way ahead of time.
Shag Bark has been in business for a long time. Originally it was run by a retired state policeman who worked canine. He trained German Shepherds. His son now does most of the training. They do a wonderful job with training the dogs.
You can also board your dog there. It is not a totally enclosed kennel. Our dog did fine there and was well taken care of but if it was very hot or very cold I think iIwould chose somewhere else.
Excellent for training.
I was not real happy with this dog training school. I did not feel that the instructional floor was ever clean (the rubber mats). It was very hot in there for the Spring, no air. There were not enough instructors. There are only 2 women and they take too many dogs for beginning classes. No one with new puppies knew what to do and the individual attention was nil. I didn't expect individual training but I was not happy with this training facility. I eventually quit after the fourth session.
They also had 15 minutes of free time out of the hour class. We always started late so did not have enough time for instruction. I would not return and eventually went to Foster's in Antioch.
This Landscaping business is family owned. The father and son run the business. They are small but have all the good and needed equipment. They run two crews and either father or son is always with a crew. This is great because everything is properly and neatly done.
Their charges are very reasonable. What we like about them is they can trim bushes and small trees so we don't have to call in another contractor. They do speak English. Nice and friendly.
Dr. Citow is the head of neurology at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL. He is an excellent Dr. He operated on my back and I have had some relief. I have a very difficult case.
His bedside manner is wonderful and no question is too small to ask him. He does not have the Dr. complex, sometimes found , that he is god. He explains everything to you before hand.
I would recommend him from everything to back surgery to brain surgery. He has written many books and does certainly know his business. I like him alot.
Dr. Newcomb is a physician and surgeon of the foot and ankle. I have gone to Dr. Newcomb for over 10 years and know that is he is very good and has an excellent bedside manner. He is very concerned about each and every one of his patients.
I got my orthotics through Dr. Newcomb and they have really helped my feet. I would recommend this Dr. and they work with most insurance companies.
We were sent to Dr. Margules for my husband fora rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis. We were impressed with how knowledgeable he was with his subject matter. He did the appropriate tests and we were relieved to find out it was just arthritis and not rheumatoid.
Dr. Margules is also an internal medicine doctor. His bedside manner is wonderful. If something ever happened to our wonderful family physician (heaven forbid) I would certainly consider going to Dr. Margules as our family doctor. He is very easy to talk to.
Dr. Arber gives wonderful back shots for sciatic and chronic back pain. He uses a fluoroscope to give you a cortisone shot or nerve blocks. He will generally want you to have a recent MRI so he knows what he is working with. My husband and I have back problems and he has helped both of us.
The office staff is very friendly and his "operating" (shot) room is extremely clean with all the newest equipment. I trust him with working with us. He is excellent for diagnosis and treatment of pain.
