The prices used to be a little better, but still my favorite place for breakfast. A great way to start your day with such a good meal. It keeps me coming back time after time.
Quality italian grocery and bakery. The best sicilian-style pizza slice in town. A gem in Old Brooklyn. Excellent Italian import grocery. Italian all the way.
Before or after an Indians game, this the best place in the world. We will be talking about some of these games for the rest of our lives. This place is quite a memory builder.
The food that keeps me coming back again and again and again is their Perfectly fried chicken wings! nothing beats their wings! it makes me enjoy each time I bite onto it....
If you are staying at the Holiday Inn Express on Euclid Ave in Downtown Cleveland you have one of the oldest and best breakfast places right in the rear of the lobby of your hotel.
I'm in the area and eat at Sammys a few times each week. The breakfasts are great and the people in there are real characters. The fried chicken and pork chop specials at lunch are enough food to feed an army and usually are $5.95
Try the corned beef hash!
I spent a leisurely afternoon here with my sister. We had oysters, mussels, salad, calamari and gnocchi.the best, most incredible gnocchi I have ever experienced. Everything else was good as well.but the gnocchi.you have to try it yourself. My only complaint, not really a complaint, just a suggestion was that they take the time to upgrade or enhance the patio.
Great little Italian restaurant - the bread is fantastic. Great for a vegetarian! The Best Bread!: The bread they serve at Gaetano's is always warm and fresh; it's the best tasting Italian style bread I've ever had! The portion sizes are just right, the service is wonderful, and the price is good. This really is my favorite Italian restaurant in Cleveland.
What a gem this was to discover La Campagna, which has been flying under my radar for a long time. A recent Free Times article had me adding it to my list of "must try" restaurants and we finally made it out there last night. It's very cozy inside, with few tables, so reservations are required.
Note that their location is a little difficult to find as it's in an unassuming strip mall and there is no sign - look for the neon on the plate glass window that says "gift baskets" and you're there.
Three Birds is a reliable place for dinner or drinks on Cleveland's West Side, with friendly efficient service and one of the best patios in the city. Consistently Good Food, Good wine list, Friendly and efficient Service. It's sometimes difficult to get a reservation
You are lucky if you're staying at a hotel in downtown Cleveland and want something to eat. Go to P.J.'s Luncheonette. It's next to all the big sights (Indians, Cavs, Browns, entertainment districts). I took my girlfriend on a trip to see some games, and we ate at P.J.'s twice a day on Fri and Sat. We spent about $10...
