Pet Kare Clinic
I have been a customer of Pet Kare Clinic for almost three years now, and have always been impressed with the high quality of care that they provide, and the wonderful staff. My dog loves visiting the vet, and I think that says it all!
Canine Clubhouse Llc
I needed to board my dog for 24 hours while staying in Laramie, and found Canine Clubhouse on the internet. I didn't read any reviews, or ask for any references prior to dropping off my dog (big mistake!). The kennel smelled horrible and was warm and muggy inside (to their credit, the owner said they hadn't yet turned the ac on, but would be doing so shortly). The bedding given to my dog appeared to be dirty and they wouldn't allow my dog to use his own bedding. I had no other alternatives, so against my better judgement, I left my dog for the night. I was told I could pick him up between noon and 7 pm the next day, as the owners lived a 5 minute drive from the kennel, so when I called at 1:00 pm I was surprised to hear the answering machine. I left 17 messages over the next 6 hours and only made contact with the owners after I said I would be calling the police to come and release my dog. They picked up the phone and said they would be "right over" and that "something had come up" that made them unavailable throughout the day. This was just after 7pm. It was clear to me after seeing my dog, that he hadn't been let out to potty in many hours (if at all). His fur was wet with urine and his water bowl was dry. The room was unbearably hot and lacked any type of air circulation (so much for the Air Conditioner that was going to be turned on!). As I sat in front of the "clubhouse" for six hours waiting to pick up my dog, I listened to the whimpering and crying of the dogs who were suffering inside.
To make matters worse, my dog ended up in the veterinarian clinic three days later with an ugly internal infection caused by eating concrete material that must have come from his cell wall (I mean kennel).
Please avoid heartbreak and stay away from this establishment. It is clear that they have no compassion for animals and are only in the business for the money.
