Dr. Miles never seems to return phone calls--and you feel like you are being a "pain in the butt" when you call the office, the cell phone. After using the clinic for over 10 years with some many animals, and spending so much money, you would think that you be treated with a courtesy call back if he is really busy. Or, when you say that you would like another vet to answer your question, let the other vet answer rather than telling the client that they will refer it to Dr. Miles, since is is the vet that has been seeing the animals.
Since they are really the only "game" in the area for clients in Greenville, Shirley, Rockwood, etc. it's hard to even think of going somewhere else that is further away. It would really be nice to feel like you can go to your vet and not feel like you are taking his time up to care or help you with your beloved animals.
