jkc (Turners Sportsbar) is a popular sports bar in Everett but it becomes even more popular when the Everett Silvertips hockey team plays a game or, if other events are booked into the Everett Events Center. On event nights you can expect to have slow, impersonal service. However, the rest of the time it is a great spot to kick back and watch one of the many tv screens.
Because you can choose your own ingredients you can never complain that you didn't get exactly what you ordered. You put it all into a bowl and then it is grilled up right in front of your eyes. They have all kinds of meats and fish to select from and their vegetable assortment is truly impressive. Chang's will appeal to the person who is health conscious and wants to put together a nutritious meal. Great spot and you always get your money's worth
This is the spot that our Lake Steven's friends take us when we have a craving for Mexican food. Arriving is always a treat because you don't have to fight for a parking spot. There are plenty of them. The owner is a local and he always strives to treat everyone like they will be a repeat customer. Between 4 of us we ordered up Chili Reyenos, Steak Carna Asada and La Crema de Pollo, Lots there for all of us. We have been here around a dozen times and it is always top notch.
Can't pass a town without trying one of their Mexican eateries. El Caporal proved to be just average. The chicken burrito was a bit on the cold side when it arrived. It is family operated so they tried hard by being very friendly. I will still give it another try in the next month or so.
When we stopped in Cle Elum the first time, we asked several locals where to go for a good meal. When they all responded with Mama Vallone's we decided we would have to give it a try. And, are we ever happy that we did. One of us had the Italian dinner and the other ordered up their steak dinner. Outstanding!! we have since been back several times. Recommend it highly..
Only stopped here once but I likely will not return. Although they served up lots of quantity, the quality was terrible. First of all, it was cold. Secondly, it just did not taste all that good. Perhaps some of the taste buds were effected by a waiter who was very impersonal and seemed very dis-interested. Pass on this place!
Mexican food has always been my weakness. When I ordered the tostitos with beans I thought they were among the best I have tasted. It was very good food. Service was great.
This is one of our favorite stopping off points when travelling from Western to Eastern Washington. My #1 order is for their ; Country Fried Steak dinner while my wife goes for the Turkey dinner. Top that off with a piece of their home-made pie with some ice cream. Like us, you will always want to come back for more.
This restaurant has changed handsand is now called Tony's on the Lake. It is a bit more upscale and the new owners have done a great job creating an outstanding dining atmosphere. The restaurant overlooks beautiful Bennet Bay. They have terrific appetizers. Main courses are oriented towards Italian. Try their Fettuccini all??Americo. This is a place for a family outing.
Don't go to Paul Bunyan's with out ordering their Paul Bunyan burger and fries. They have a great sauce to go with it. This is a very friendly group of people and the place is spotless.
