Agreeing with GuestyM before me, their reptiles are sick, their fish are either shoved in tanks that are far too small, or have a bunch of huge tanks with no fish. They have three large green moray eels shoved in a tiny tank, and then six small pet store tropicals in a huge tank directly across from them. When asked why, I was given the answer, "Eels only need two feet of space." If this is the case, I will place a full grown moray into my 20 gallon aquarium. She also said the reason that the big tank was practically empty was because a disease wiped the tank out. The touch tank had absolutely no one watching it, and there was no place to clean your hands before or after touching the animals, and the only thing to dry your hands with was a gross beach towel. They had two full grown nurse sharks in a very very small tank, and their alligators didn't have nearly a big enough water area. Their land area was covered in astro turf. All the facts on the animals were wrong, and some of the animals were even labeled as different animals. Most of their reptiles had respitory infections. The only thing that looked alright were the marmosets, and someone should take them away before they ruin those too. Please, PLEASE do not support this aquarium.
