Dr. Ali is rude, pushy, and defensive. She demanded that I take a full battery of blood tests immediately, and when I said my husband wanted to know why to go for another $600 test, since I had taken the same battery 4 months earlier, she told me to get all my medical care from my husband!
But worse was the malpractice. She ordered another test and told me I didn't have to fast for it, so it took it immediately. The test turned out very irregular, and it said so on the test, but she emailed me that the test was normal. By then I had done my own research and found that (a) the test had to be taken fasting and (b) a "high" result could be an indication of an extremely serious condition. When I protested that the test itself said my result was abnormally high, she responded through the nurse that I should just take fewer vitamin pills! So, I wasted money on her and on the test. I would take her to court for malpractice if the money were a larger sum.
