I recently decided I will stop shopping at the location on Convoy street. I shop there practically every weekend with my young son but issues with the checkout and a couple of the clerks have turned me off. The problem is nearly every time I attempt to make a purchase and walk up to one of two cash registers I have to stand patiently and wait for a clerk to come help me make the purchase. Many times, after waiting several minutes, I will request assistance from the nearest clerk and will be told to try the other register. It seems to me that it would be beneficial to the business to have whichever clerk is nearby take a pause from what they may be doing and ring up my purchase. I've spent approximately $1,500 at this store in the past 12 months. My son will be disappointed but we will do our shopping at a different hobby store from this point forward.
