Years ago, I returned to Country Pet Retreat after being disappointed with other boarding facilities. Sue is extremely helpful and caring towards my dog. She went out of her way to suggest specific vitamin supplements since my dog has digestive problems. ( She doesn't sell the vitamins, thus no profit for her.)
It's very unusual to never smell something when there are multiple runs and dogs are going at different times even if the runs are cleaned morning, noon, and night. If you think there's a problem, mention it to Sue. I assure you that she's sincere and caring. Plus, remember, no one is on "call" twenty-four seven. She lives on the premises, which is a bonus for your dog, so she has to set limits. I'm polite to her and have NEVER had a problem.
