I bought a set of 4 used tires here on Saturday 8/30/08. On Saturday night, I had a blowout in one of the tires. Luckily, I didn't have an accident. And also lucky that I remembered how to change a flat tire. Not something an older woman should have to do in the middle of the night. Obviously, they don't inspect the tires. I went back to the store and the guy at the front desk was very rude. Never apologized for my trouble or inconvenience. He told me "I just gave you a free tire." No, I bought the tire and it was defective! I asked if they give any kind of guarantee and was told no. Even the places that sell used tires on South Congress give you a 30-day guarantee! I was hoping for just a simple "sorry for your trouble ma'am." But all I got was attitude. Never going back there.
