We had a very good experience buying a used car here. They worked with us on price openly and pleasantly (we didn't feel pressured at all) we closed the deal happy with where we ended up. They also followed through on everything they promised and we took delivery just as expected. The sales people were fun to deal with.
We haven't bought a car here but we have been taking our GMC here for service. Every time has been a great experience. They are friendly and helpful. They have even given us cheaper alternatives every time something came up that was going to cost a little more than the usual amount. The workmanship has also been A+.
It's tough getting in and out of this place due to it's location. But more than that I really wanted to take my GMC here for regular service but they didn't offer any kind of loaner car service (and really didn't care about my problems with getting to work). I realize that a lot of dealers don't offer loaners for cars being serviced, but after having a Jeep and an Infiniti for many years we grew to count on having a loaner when it came to service. We found somewhere else to take our GMC.
We've had a great experience dealing with the service department here over the years and highly recommend them. They always have lots of loaners available and will work with you on parts when needed (when our car needed tires we didn't like the price of the ones they had so they went out and found us some pretty good alternatives).Like the other reviewer, we also had a less than enjoyable experience with the sales staff and will probably never buy a car here - there are plenty of other Infiniti dealers around.
I think you can get a pretty decent deal here if you know what the car is worth and how much you're willing to pay before you arrive. Do your homework first. They tend to use a lot of the old fashioned "used car dealer" tactics and terms.
The facility really needs modernizing, especially after seeing what other dealers are doing with their buildings. This is a small place that hasn't advanced much past the 1960's or 70's. Today people like the comforts of the new modern places when buying a car.
Nothing great here, but not bad either. We've used them just for service (bought cars elsewhere) and have been mostly satisfied. They do have loaners available but not all of the time and not for everything you have done. The facility could use some modernizing.
If you're looking for the modern, up-to-datest lanes and facility skip this place. If you're looking for some good old-fashioned bowling fun you might find some here. A small place by today's standards so you may have to wait during peak bowling periods.
The unique lanes layout here adds to the ambiance of your bowling experience. If you've bowled at many, many houses you appreciate the differences in each establishment. Here they seem to cater to the league bowler and to keeping scoring conditions at their highest level (had my first 300 here!). I can't vouch for open bowling conditions or service, but league bowlers should be happy.
This place may not be the Taj Mahal of the bowling world but when comes to the actual bowling they definitely keep the lanes in good scoring condition, which makes it fun for everyone. Bowled mostly Summer leagues here, but wouldn't mind a long winter season as well.
We were pleasantly surprised with the food here at the Mexican Post. There are some really good Mexican food places in the area and we really weren't looking for another one, but found ourselves in the vicinity during lunchtime and stopped in. Both of our meals were great (we shared!), the service was good and we were comfortable in the dining area.
