What is wrong with WOW Fitness in Middletown? More like what is right?
1) The owner. He makes employees cry in front of patrons and fires trainers for their choice of t-shirt when they are working out off-the-clock. He causes scenes in front of customer. That sort of behaviour is uncalled for, and, from what I have witnessed, the man needs to be tested for bipolar disorder.
2) The owner again. He gets rid of fitness classes at the other locations on a whim. He already got rid of classes in Middletown when he expanded the gym. Tonight I learned that he got rid of classes at the other locations. I'm not happy about this at all.
3) After he fired my trainer, someone went through the trainer's files and tossed our workout cards. My entire workout history from this past year is now gone, as is my workout plan. Again, I'm not happy. I now have to come up with my own plan, since I cannot afford to pay a trainer.
There IS a new gym opening in Middletown this month, and it will offer classes. I'm curious to see what will happen to WOW once it opens. I know I plan on leaving as soon as my year is up. I would not recommend WOW to anyone.
