Dr. Jacobs is a fine professional. He is getting on up in age so he is only in on certain days this makes getting an appointment a trial sometimes. The office where you choose your frames is open all week so the fitting is a little easier. The cost is high, but you are seeing an eye doctor.
Snead Eye Clinic
Nice friendly staff with very little wait time. The doctor knows what he is doing and so does the staff. The office is small but clean.There isn't a lot to choose from in the way of frames.
Harrison Gene Od - Snead Family Eye Care
I guess you get what you pay for. Snead Eye Care is a little on the high side, but the doctor is great, and the ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful.
Walker Brothers Ltd
Looking for any hardware supplies such as fixtures, hardwood floors carpet, paneling, lights, plumbing pipes, or paint. Walker Brothers has what you are looking for. We have bought many items here. The last being new carpet for my mom's house. The installer was there when promised and did a great job.
Oneonta Coin Exchange
We love going in to purchase new coins. I usually find the coins I want on line and then stop in the store to see how the prices compare. The prices are about the same and I don't have to pay shipping. The gentleman has offered to order coins for me but I haven't done that yet.

The food is good, and the service OK I was disappointed with the prices as compared to the food. There are other BBQ places that are as good without the cost. We probably won't go back.
Woodmen Of The World
Great place to send your kids for the week. The staff was very nice at check in. The camp offered canoing, rifle and bow target practice, karaoke, a last night dance and hiking. My daughter loved it. Where else can you get a week for $50 bucks?
La La's Daycare
Looking for a place for your kids to spend the day while you work? La La's has been in Snead for a while., Under different owners, but most of the workers are the same. The children in our family have been well cared for here.

If you love arts and crafts, or old fashioned things this is the show for you. You can find crafts form $0.25 into hundreds of dollars. The quality of everything I've ever bought has been good.
Doctors Med-Care PC
Great care without the wait. No appointment needed, no need to take off work they are open early and late, Saturday and Sunday too. We use Dr. Babbino for all our blood work for high blood pressure and cholesterol.
