Managers are always having some kind of specials. They do want to get their units rented so they accept pets of any size. They size of the units are moderate and most have a balcony.
To my knowledge these are owned by the Felson co. which is a pretty good property owner/mgmt co. They are at the top of the hill so they have a wonderful view. The units are kind of small and the parking is limited.
These are nice little units offering covered parking and a laundry room. Only problem is the stairs. All apartments are on the second and third levels.
I almost managed this complex as it has a nice set up. The assistant manager is supposed to keep the laundry rooms tidy but when I visited, the laundry room was dirty. Also, they don't enforce the parking rules which is too bad.
If you can stay clear of this and any other rentals in the Tennyson area. A lot of drugs and violence including drive by shootings. They offer reasonable rent but you have to consider the danger.
Lived there for about 1 and 1/2 years. They offer an elevator as they have a second floor and this is helpful. Management is ok and they have a swimming pool.
I have had to refer to this magazine a few times over the past 4 years. It is a nice magazine with attractive pictures and it lists all the amentities. Problem is they only have apartment complexes and I wish they would feature duplexes and single family units.
Whitman green as changed and evolved over a period of time for the better. Recently visited there, I found the grounds and the parking area to be neat and clean.
I don't know how these people stay in business. I've seen their signs and called on a few properties but no one ever bothers to call back. I feel sorry for their clients who depend on them to rent their units.
My daughter and I went to inspect a townhome they had available for rent. The unit was large and quite nice and the area was great. If your a horse person they have boarding nearby.
