This is really nice, kind of makes-up for Safeway's shortcomings.
This place is really clean and well stocked. People who work there are pretty sharp and friendly.
Has everything you need.
A breath of fresh air for this area.
This was a mistake, I meant to review the other Rite Aid.
Oops. I can't dlete my reviews so I gotta keep writing sentences, is this enough? I meant to review the riteAid by Safeway.
This store is convenient for us, that's the only reason we go there. We try to only buy dry goods such as coffee, noodles, mixes, tissue-paper stuff etc.All fruit and vegetables bought here will start to rot within 2 days.Meats are too old and back-dated, much is already spoiled in the cases. But the biggest problem is from the beverages that require refrigeration. Don't buy any drink that has milk or fruit juice as a ingredient- it is already spoiled. They (chowderheads at this safeway) they let these goods get warm in the storeroom for too long, and they spoil. I opened 2 expensive fruit drinks from them this morning and they were both spoiled- No nothing wrong with my fridge- it is at 34-37F degrees, it is the Safeway that lets it get warm a week ago.Like I said, they're convenient- but they suck at keeping things from spoiling.
Great great chicken-- fairly clean kitchen.
Nice, attentive people at counter- thank you :)
Crafty tho- check the order if you order alot of pieces- they may short you a couple pieces.
The cheeseburger is a true wonder of the world- it is so good with the big ring of cheese!! mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
the crowded lobby and bar is crazyfun, and its controlled chaos- your order can get mixed behind people behind you.
One day we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for our order so we waited in the podunk dining area out back. As we waited we watched a funny little boy run around :) it was cute.
Also as we waited we noticed someone that showed up 15 minutes after we did get served before us by the goodhearted corn- fed gal with lowcut tee shirt (whoohoo!) I forgive them...just send her out again.
When we got our food it was sorta-hot, with good fries. OK- even good places have crazy days.
Yes- the chocolate shake is the best in town!
The pizza here is really tasty, really good generous helpings, real dough cooked just perfectly. Its too bad I get the trots after I eat here.
Probably because the cooks never wash their hands- but hey, I recommend the pizza, but i cant recommend what happens later that evening.
Very dirty, apathetic people working- never get the order right.
a terrible experience- if you want to eat fecal bacterial, stop in here.
We stopped eating here when I came home and the chicken was lukewarm and I had stories about the filth and old grease scum along the edge of the floor a counters. Colonel Sanders is spinning in his grave- I guess no one cares- especially in this pit.
This place used to be ok, but last time I went there (4 days ago) it was really dirty, and depressing. Just 4 or 5 people eating there like it's thier last meal, (prob. is) I stood there at the counter and was ignored as I looked at the kitchen: bits of food everywhere- on the floor, counters, prep stations, etc. brown rag wadded up on the counters, flies walking on counters. Really dirty and overworked people there ignoring me.
Im a normal looking guy, not homeless, why are people in Sacramento restaurants so rude and dirty?
I just walked out- no one said anything.
When you order eyeglasses in Sacramento area, You must realize that there is a lab in CA that makes counterfeit coatings. This was obvious when I got my glasses back from a shop here.
I'll tell you how to be sure- some high-end coatings come with a "watermark" which is a logo that is visible if you breathe on the lens, some brands are etched near the top, and dont require fogging to see.
When you order coated lenses, be sure to ask if the coating has a watermark, and request that this mark is visible and on the edge of your finished lenses. Do not accept your lenses if the watermarks you requested are not there.
When you buy presciption lenses with expensive coatings, you may not get what you order. The color of a coating is easy to mimic, but the performance compared to the genuine coating is not, and some coatings are too dificult to counterfeit, so they do not attempt these coatings, thats because the chemicals used are proprietary or difficult to find.
So just request these things, and make it difficult for them to cheat you.
Oh, be sure to get a full estimate before you request watermarks, they will probably try to mark it up if they realize they can't use counterfeits.
Tmobile here is absolutely terrible. Messages like: "not allowed"
"called failed" etc.
The frustrating thing is, I have 2 to 4 bars all the time, so I dont know the reason.
Dead zones in spots all over area, on clear windless days,
Dont have TMobile if you move here, it is a nightmare!
