If you want outstanding service and great results for your hair - go here! Christian cut mine and my daughter's hair and believe me, we were a mess. My daughter's hair looked more than fantastic and so did mine. He took his time with each of us - no rushing. He is very quiet, but knows his business. I have never ever had anyone take so much time to cut and style my hair. This place is very small and you might miss it if you blink. It's in an old fire station. Very unique. This salon is well worth the trip and money. I can only say - OUTSTANDING!
This is a very quaint little restaurant in Reynolda Village. The food is outstanding and so is the service. Very pricey, but well worth it. A very small restaurant so either make reservations or be prepared to wait. Dining outside is available in good weather. If you don't like small spaces, this is not the place for you.
Dr. Ray is my husband's dentist and he really likes him. Dr. Ray tells him everything he is doing and why. He is a gentle dentist and has not hurt my husband. The staff is excellent and super friendly. My husband highly recommends Dr. Ray.
I only get the wings at this restaurant. They are a little greasy, but otherwise have a great flavor. They have a great lunch special for the wings. My husband has had some of the other food on the menu and was not impressed with the taste or quality of the food. Stick to the wings. Service is a little slow, but friendly.
Outstanding Mexican restaurant. Service and food are the best in town. Your beverage never runs out. Doesn't matter whose waiting on you, someone will refresh your beverage. The menu is extensive with authentic Mexican dishes. They have an open spit where they cook some of the meat for their dishes. The Burrito Mexicano is my favorite. This is my very favorite restaurant in all of Winston-Salem.
This place has been in Winston since 1951. Their barbecue used to be excellent, but something has changed in the past year. Not the same flavor as before. The service is not as good as it used to be either. I still go here when wanting some barbecue. The barbecue is good; just not as flavorful as before. However, the banana pudding is more than outstanding. I would go just for the pudding. Still a pretty good restaurant - just needs to improve the service and flavor of the 'cue.
This place is great! Although it is quite dumpy looking, it has an A sanitation grade. You can eat inside the "caboose" or a lot of people eat outside at picnic tables or in their car. The service is quick. The hot dogs are A #1. They are very famous for their hot dogs. I have had cheeseburgers here and they're good, but go for the hot dogs. French fries are thick cut and delicious. A good place to go for a quick lunch. They are not open in the evening.
My husband and I really enjoy this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. The food is outstanding. I love their thick crust pizza, which you can buy in individual slices if you don't want the whole pizza. My husband thinks the lobster ravioli is the best. The hot subs are great - especially the chicken philly. Everything I have gotten here has been well prepared and tasted great.
This is one of the best seafood restaurants around. Even going during the middle of the week, you get fresh, hot seafood. The owner, George, is always out and about greeting customers. The service is outstanding. I have never gotten food that had been sitting or was cold. The price is excellent for the amount of food you get. This is my favorite seafood restaurant.
It had been many years since I had tried Sam's Pizza in Walnut Cove, NC. One night, my husband and I decided to try it again. I'm sorry it took us so long to get back. We ordered a supreme pizza and house salads. The salads were crisp and fresh. The pizza was exactly what it said - "supreme". They have a lot of variety on their menu, but we always order the salads and pizza. To me, it's a bit pricy for the small community it's in, but the quality of the food and service makes it worthwhile.
