This place is awesome for a nice hot bowl of pho. The bowls are BIG and filling and they also have an entree where the bowl is EXTRA big. Their pho is delicious and it's probably one of the best Viet places around the area. Also highly recommend are their fried spring rolls. Service is quick and friendly. Meals are of great value. I'm starting to crave pho as I speak of this...
Although their dumplings are good, their service is terrible. Our waiter was incredibly rude and I wouldn't return. Being as this is Chinatown, there are other places to get your cheap deals on dumplings. I couldn't find the 5 dumplings for a dollar deal here either, so I'm assuming that the deal is from Dumpling House Inc, NOT Excellent Dumpling House.
It's a nice place with a room that you can reserve for parties or events. Service is quick and food goes and is replaced quickly as well. They have interesting entrees sometimes and for what it's worth, it's a good deal. I recommend them highly for your buffet-cravings.
The outside is kind of shady but the inside is not too bad. They've placed couches, tables and a flat screen tv, on which they play movies occasionally. They also have board games and chess boards for you to play as you enjoy your bubble tea. Personally I like their original bubble tea, hot or cold. They also have specialty drinks which are pretty much just really sweet chocolate-y milkshakes. The prices could be lower but oh well. I would recommend them on the occasion, as they're one of the few places to get okay bubble tea around Edison.
It's your typical Chinese buffet with some random Americanized comfort food. Nothing too special to expect from this place. Prices are average, food is average. If you like these types of buffets, I recommend it.
Go on half-off days to get your money's worth. I recommend funky monkey, which is a roll unique to Fujiyama, I think. It sounds weird, but there are bananas in the roll and it's actually not bad if you like bananas. Spicy crunchy tuna/salmon is always a good way to go. I also enjoy volcano but I found their sauce a bit salty. It's always really crowded here on half-off days and the entrance area is really cool. They have water running down a glass window that everyone likes to touch.
I usually would come here just for their bubble tea, which is only average, is but I also recommend their entrees. Try their noodles! I mean, it's called Noodle Gourmet, right? Their food is tasty, the setting is simple and casual, and nothing is really expensive around here. Don't expect too much from their service, however.
Munchies is not a very noticeable place. It's almost kind of shady, but the food here is great when you want something a step up from fast food but not quite an entire restaurant setting experience. Their burgers and hotdogs are quite good, made when you order and prices are just right. Great for a snack or an entire meal.
