Been here many times over the years, mostly for lunch. Service has always been very acceptable. The wait for seating during lunch is 0 wait. Of course, waiting on the hibachi grill.. that's normal. The waitresses and cooks are always eager to please.
I've been going here since not long after they've opened. Kristen's great. Prices are very reasonable. As with most hair places, timing your cut for when they are not busy is hard to do. I usually have to only wait for 1 person in front of me on a busy day.. Kristen is the most popular one there I think. She ALWAYS remembers my name when I go in.. not many other places/chains would.
Like the previous poster said, I went when it was a Ground Round and was very unimpressed. Unlike the previous poster, I actually like the restaurant. The kids portions are huge and of good quality. The french toast is grand. Pancakes are light and fluffy. My wife once had the lasagna and it was not typical 'crappy' diner fare. I've only had Gyros the 2 times I've been and they are as good as any greek restaurant I've been to.
The last time we were there I believe the owner was there. While I was leaving he gave my family 4 cookies as a token of appreciation of our business. These cookies were HUGE. I'd much rather support someone who appreciates my dollar than the chains down the street that cares less. We'll be back.
I've been here 3 times. First time was OK and warranted another visit. 2nd time was a little worse as far as food quality. 3rd time I ordered 'filet' and shrimp. The meat was not top quality (or even bottom quality) as far as I am concerned. Will do in a pinch, but I'd rather not.
The food is typical amerimex fare. The chicken soup is great as are the Tacos al carbon. We used to go here at least once a week but then the service started to go down hill. Waits were usually longer and then the servers started 'ignoring' our needs. We haven't been back in quite a while since we've found a better restaurant a few miles away.
Best Italian restaurant in town. The pizzas are excellent; thin crusted and cheesy. The house salad is great. My wife loves, loves, loves the eggplant parmasean. I personally love the chicken marsala. If you're in the market for italian and are in the area you MUST go here.
They have always been accomodating with scheduling and staff always seems generally happy. The only bad thing I have to say is that it seems that they are a 'dentist' factory and rotate out dentists with their other locations.
I'd rather go with a practice that isn't so dynamic. Otherwise, they do what's needed and don't try to 'sell a root canal' when a filling is needed.
My daughter has had braces from Grayson Orthodontics not shortly after they opened. Everyone on the staff that I've dealt with is SUPER. My daughter says the same thing.
They have payment options, which is great when you are talking about big money on teeth.
We'll be going back for another round with the next daughter when the time comes.
Doctor Ito is a very personable Dr. In my line of work, I run across many Drs and many seem 'unapproachable'. Dr Ito takes the time to ask the right questions and most importantly listen to you.
OK, I spend a lot of time here between 3 kids in different sports (Baseball, Softball, and Cheerleading) and I've come to appreciate how nice this park is. The football field rivals many high school's. The baseball/softball fields are in great repair. Everything about the park seems well maintained. The walking trail is nice an the whole park seems safe and secure. I spend a bit of time going to other parks and they never seem as nice as Bay Creek's.
There are many sports to choose from that take place in the park - football, softball, baseball. In 2009 they are starting Lacrosse.
The park is currently expanding by putting in tennis courts, basketball courts, a 'skate park'.
The only complaint I have is when the 8 grade rec league football games are going on (last game of saturday night) that many parents just drop off their kids. Many 'older' kids also show up. This causes fights to break out occasionally. Sideline football games tend to take place resulting in a parent or other innocent bystander getting pegged by the ball. This really isn't a park complaint but a complaint against Gwinnett Football League to create rules and ENFORCE them.
Other than the above complaint, I believe that you'll enjoy whatever activity you do here.
