Good upkeep. Most of the staff is friendly. 2 putting greens. Course varies in difficulty from hole to hole. A nice course to play always well maintained.
Course got killed by flood last year, but always a great value and they do well to keep up conditions when possible, short course to work on irons. Fees are well priced.
The greens are spontaneous, the grass is not consistent, and the course, as a whole, is COMPLETELY flat. On the brighter side, Weekdays greens fees were $12 last time i checked, and the people are very nice. Clubhouse bar is pretty nice to. Overall, the golf isnt too serious, but for the price its a nice ocasional change.
One of the best public courses I've played. On just about every hole you can see what you're supposed to do. really well kept but crowded so call ahead. Some private courses aren't this good. fair prices also.you can tell I had a good day.
Course is always in great shape. Short and wide open, which makes it forgiving. Rare to take more than 4hrs to play.
The course is very hilly on the back nine and the one par five is extremely difficult with the water. Do not try to be a hero on this hole. Lay up twice to ensure a solid green shot in three.
i found this course to really good.quite hard and even tougher to walk.its a great value and a great place to make you a better player.the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Well layout course, fairways are well maintained, but the greens are a bit beat up from the unrepair divots, paid $40 for 18 holes. OK value compare to other courses in the south shore. Will play again though.
The front 9 is great for people starting out and still has some challenging holes. The back 9 is more advanced but is still fun for the beginner. I would recommend this course,
Bit pricey and hard to find, but overall a nice course. Well defined holes, will suit accurate golfers well. I played recently with 2 handicapped golfers in front of me. They were using special carts provided by the Club, which I had never seen before - swivel seats which allowed them to play using their arms only. Very impressive.
Parker House is okay pizza, one of may in Gardner. It can be hard to get in and out of. They have plenty of pizza choices on the menu as well as sub sandwiches as well.
