When you want a cheap, quick meal, Gus's is the way to go. Located right off Rt. 33, they have a good menu selection and generally helpful waitstaff. Children are welcome. It's a good place to go when you've had a long day and just don't want to cook at home.
If you want a quick, satisfactory meal, Stewart's is a great place to go. The taste of teh food is consistent each time you visit, and kids always like the carhop service. The best root beer floats anywhere!
I love The Beanery. The food is always fresh, and usually tied to the season. I sometimes stop in just for the fresh biscotti. It makes a great gift to bring to a party!
Boston Beanery is the perfect place to watch any sporting event. Their menu has soups, salads, sandwiches, and full dinners. I especially like the chicken club sandwich and their french onion soup. I go to the Beanery almost every time I'm in Morgantown and it is great for freshman who do not have cars and live in the towers.
The ladies that work in the Village Quilter are very friendly and always willing to help you put together a combination of fabrics that is perfect for your project. They always have the newest Amy Buttler patterns as well as the more traditional ones. They also have a number of patterns.
A World Away Pizza was nothing special. We had to wait a long time for our pizza and were not satisfied with the quality. Although many people say they have kids birthday parties there I cannot understand how they would be fun. The decorations are tacky and it is small inside. Also it is never open.
The Robin's Nest is the perfect place for a group of ladies to have lunch. Their menu is unique and offers a wide variety of different foods. Their portions are not very large so men often do not like eating there. Their desserts are fresh and delicious.
I have gone to Jersey Bagel Cafe since before it was named this. They have a variety of bagels and cream cheese as well as juices and coffee. You can get breakfast sandwiches. They run out of certain types of bagels if you get there too late, especially on weekends. Also it has not been as clean in recent years.
Old Village is great if you are craving pizza late at night. It is located within minutes of Tarnsfield and Irick Woods. They have pizza, salads, cheesesteaks, and other fried foods. I order the chicken tenders meal often.
I've been to this restaurant many times and has a great selection of Italian style food. The atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful as well. Great place for a night out to dinner. The service has always been good as well.
