This church spends most of its energy trying to reach "non-believers" and building an awesome youth program. Much time and effort is geared toward keeping the youth focused on God. There is much desire to see people come to God and many of the sermons are centered around relationships. I agree that one must jump through hoops to get involved, and relationships are preached a lot because they are hard to develop there, I think many of the "rules" are not Biblical and misguided, But I do think the heart of the ministry is God-minded. No church is perfect, and the leadership personnel are only human and will make mistakes.
