One of the few places to get decent pizza in town. Usually get it to go and bring it back to the beach house. Pizza is good as is the salad and sandwiches. If it's not the summer not a lot else to chose from.
They have the normal trinkets that you would expect in a Florida beach store. However, along with the trinkets they have fresh fish and seafood. The real kicker is that they will steam your shrimp for you with your choice of seasonings. Whenever we come to town we get steamed shrimp with Old Bay and stop and get some corn on the cob. It's one of the best meals we have found and since it's steamed at the store it doesn't stink up the house.
Didn't buy a car from him but I did buy a trailer to tow my mower. Stopped by here when I first moved back to town. Went in decided what I wanted and found out they wouldn't take a credit card only cash or check. I lived 20 or so miles away and it was Sunday. He told me to take the trailer and come back in a couple of days with the money. I returned in a couple of hours with the money. You gotta love this place.
Dr. Reddy was my son's pediatrician growing up. He had complications from a disease that will affect him for a long time. It was always good to have a sounding board to talk with after the specialist. If he is still accepting patients he is the best.
Whenever we are back in town I send my son and husband here for a haircut. It's always good to see Jack and chat about what has happened. My son's favorite part is the candy or gum afterwards. Go see Jack.
Some of the be BBQ in town. If we are having a party we head here for the BBQ and slaw. They also have buns, chips, and beans if you like. No seating so you will have to take it with you but you will love the Q.
If you are looking for food that's different from the rest to the town go here. Prices are somewhat higher than other restaurants but it is worth it. After you leave you will be full and agree that it was worth the trip.
If you need good food fast this is the place for you. It's at the north end of town, but it has some of the best chicken fingers that you will get. It's better than KFC and cheaper. Stop by when you don't want to cook.
Better food than you would expect at a small town golf course. Burgers are some of the best in town. Most impressive is the phone at the 9th tee box where you can call your order in and pick it up as you make the turn. If you are there play golf remember to make that call, you will be happy you did.
This place has been here since the beginning of time, and it's still good. Only place left for a lunch special where you decide on your main course and side dishes individually. Makes you think you are back at your grandmothers house.
