I just concluded a job with your company that originated the week of August 25th. The job was estimated to take 4 days and was not completed until today (October 17). The professionalism of your company is pathetic. Not only is the workmanship poor, the customer service is awful. Our coping is chipped, stained and originally installed unevenly. If this is the quality of the products you choose, then disclose it at the time of purchase not after the damaged product is installed. The drainage sloping was done incorrectly so it necessitated being re-done. The drains were installed inches below the stones creating a tripping hazard and needed to be re-done. The crew forgot to install the hand rails for the pool which delayed the job completion another 2 weeks. The plaster in our pool is full of cracks because your crew failed to place any protective tarp down while removing the coping and the job was delayed so long our pool was without water for excess of three weeks. There were stains on the concrete from sloppy grout work. The list of problems goes on and on. The site supervisor lacked the ability to ensure the job was done correctly. Our phone calls went without responses. Even the VP of the company proved to be a "yes-Man' with no follow up and empty promises. One of the easiest ways to keep a customer happy is to keep them informed but your company obviously is not concerned with this evidenced by your lack of responsiveness. The only time your company showed any interest in us was when it came to collecting a check! The service your company has provided has been a huge disappointment and I would NEVER recommend Genesis Stoneworks.
