... and didn't ever go there again. It was a neat restaurant, as far as decorations go. The dinner wasn't the best. It's been a year since we went there so I don't remember exactly what we had. But my husband was kinda upset that it wasn't what we had heard about. Maybe we just had a bad experience because the place is rated five stars, but ehhh.
Their deserts are great, their dinner food was not. We went there twice to give it a second chance. The first time they were busy so we excused the bad service and cold food. The second time it wasn't busy, but the food was not worth the money we paid for it in the least. The deserts were great, but again, not worth the money we paid altogether. Don't go here for dinner!!!!
Maybe it was because I worked up the street from here but this was always where I stopped to have my morning coffee. They have yummy breakfast goodies too. They always made my coffee latte or mocha perfect. It was also almost always quick.
If you are buying or selling your house, I'd definitely recommend using this place. My parents used it and I did too, they are so nice here. I think they have a place in Sequim too.
I grew up in Kelseyville, and used to go to this bakery all the time when it was in Kelseyville. They have since moved it to Lakeport, but it's in a good location. The owners are the best and so is their bakery items.
My husband and I used to live around the corner from Erik's and would always eat there. They have the best sandwiches ever, and good soups too. We have since moved to Missouri and miss Erik's so much. I would highly recommend you try out their food.
I wanted to get my hair cut short but stylish and add some new color and highlights and went to Cory at Napoli. He was great at choosing the hairstyle, I trusted him with the color and I love my new hairstyle! It's been years since I've had a haircut that I have actually loved, and finally found the place I'll be coming back to again. The price is on the higher end but worth every penny.
I wasn't too pleased with this place. They took forever to get us in to see the doctor, and we had an appointment. It was my daughter and I, neither of us have glasses, but it was just for a checkup. My daughter gets scared easily of new places and equipment. They did nothing to help console her. The doctor was great for me, but didn't know how to treat children it seemed. The secretary and the other staff were ignoring me and talking to each other about their personal life and it was kinda upsetting me. They also tried to push some unnecessary pictures that they "recommend" of the eye. (all fancy and blown up) -- I'm sorry, but I would think that the doctor would be able to see the "eye" just fine without those pictures. I've never had that question asked before and it was kind of ridiculous. Just another way to make money (they charged like $18 for each photo). All in all, if my daughter wasn't there it was an alright experience, but I would never go there again. That's what I get for going to a "chain" instead of an independent eye doctor.
Dr Rotman is a specialist for shoulders and arms down to the wrist. I guess the whole center is composed of several doctors specializing is certain body parts (back, shoulders, legs etc). I hurt my shoulder during work, and it continually got worse. I finally went to Dr. Rotman and he immediately said he thought I had a torn rotator cuff and had me take an MRI and found out I did indeed have a torn rotator cuff. He knew exactly what it was. It sure beats going to a doctor and them saying "ummm, well it could be this or this or this or this". Instead it was a sense of satisfaction having a doctor who definitely knew his stuff.
I was lucky to be recommended to Dr. Forseter by a current patient of his. This is my second pregnancy and so far so good with Dr. Forseter. For our first appointment he met my husband and I in his office and was very easy to chat with about our preferences. He was joking with my husband and right away we knew he was going to be THE doctor. In the "room" he included my husband in everything (including showing him the ins and outs of me), also immediately saw an ultrasound. I'd recommend him to anyone -- especially those who are pregnant with their first, or had a bad birthing experience with their first.
