Sunriver Resort
I stayed here with my wife and we really enjoyed it. These are regular hotel rooms - they're like individual condos. You have a full kitchen but also have room service available to you. Full bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Very comfortably furnished. And all the amenities of Sunriver!

Dr Sweeney is a great pediatrician. He is great at explaining things to the parents. He's great at engaging with the child, keeping their attention with little "magic tricks". His medical assist is the best in the west when it comes to shots!

The staff is friendly, professional and great at answering questions. The office is very nice and comfortable although they are building a new office at Meinecke and 99W. Dr. Chapman does a good job.

The food at John Barleycorns is always good. The staff is casual, friendly and service is reasonable (it's not fast but you don't really go there for that). The beer is great - it's a McMenamins... The patio is a great place to eat on a nice day.
Gallery Restaurant & Bar
We've always liked anything we've ordered at Gallery Restaurant. The food is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful with menu suggestions when asked. The service is always quick.

Hunters Ridge Grill
It's nice to have a restaurant like this in Sherwood for when you want something nicer but don't want to have to go far. The food is good - high priced than anything else in Sherwood but probably reasonable for the type of restaurant it is. Very cozy, cool, "hip" atmosphere. Staff is professional, very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items.
McMenamins Hotel Oregon
We stop at Hotel Oregon almost any time we're in McMinnville. The food is good and of course the beer is great. The roof top bar is a must on a nice day!
Summer Lake Inn
Summer Lake Inn is a great, relaxing place to stay. You can fish, canoe, hike, etc. We've stayed there a few times in different cabins and have really enjoyed it. The cabins are very comfortably furnished and have great beds.
Poppa Al's
Poppa Al's is a great little hole in the wall. It has a dozen or so tables inside and a couple out on a small deck. The food is incredible! The have GREAT hamburger buns and excellent shakes.
