We stopped into this shoppe whilst out shopping and enjoyed a really nice cup of coffee. Not a huge one for the price but it was in a great area filled with other little shops so it was super convenient. Everyone there was really friendly so that was a nice touch too!
We just went to VT on vacation and went to this place for a hike. We were able to ride the lift before ski season and hike down the mountain. It was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful since we weren't from the area.
I often run into Bell's when I'm out shopping in Beaufort. It's a nice pit stop after a long shopping day. They have a nice variety of things there and prices are pretty cheap considering.
This is a great little shop on Beaufort's waterfront. They have a lot of neat things -- last time I was there I bought a star packet to name a star after someone. They have similar things for endangered animals. Prices are good and their hours are longer in the summertime.
...nothing fancy here. The location is sort of hard to get in and out of but overall it's a good place. The only reason I gave it three starts over four is due to the location and difficulty getting in/out. They have good prices and do a good job on your vehicle.
I was out looking at different SUVs and stopped by Phelps. The owner was there and was very friendly. He was able to tell me lots about their strengths as Cheverolet and I didn't feel like I was being pushed because he highlighted other companies as well. I'd go here again.
I went to Saturn looking at cars last year when gas prices went up and found everyone to be very friendly. They have set prices though so it was difficult to do any sort of negotiations. Not for me.
Pughs is a great family owned service shop that I used on a somewhat infrequent use. I primarily go here when my dealership can't fit me in and I need to have something done to my car. They're very nice and I don't feel like I"m paying an arm and a leg.
I went to Bolden a few years ago when I had my heart set on a land rover and the sales people at Bolden were very friendly and didn't make me feel like I HAD to buy something right then. They encouraged me to look around and be sure it's what I wanted and didn't try to push it on me.
We bought my accord from Bob Barbour back in 1998 and when I was ready to trade it they gave me a horrible price. I ended up going to Wilson and got my Pilot with leather/moon roof/4WD for MUCH CHEAPER than Bob Barbour was trying to sell me cloth, basic 4WD model. I'm so pleased with their service department though. David is awesome! Prices are usual for a dealership but they give you a car wash with your oil change.
