Table spoons, forks, tea cups and table napkins were not enough for us. One menu served was a little bit salty. Had it replaced with another but we were charged with the first. Waitress had brought this to the management' attention, but to no avail.
Went to pay our bills and aired our dissatisfaction, management was so arrogant and told us that was how it should be. He even said that had I been nice about my complaint they would have not charged us with it. It was simply ridiculous. I was nice at first but I started raising my voice when I knew I was talking to a guy who didn't know how to handle a dissatisfied customer. He even arrogantly acknowledged that was the way they do their business. Imagine, paying for a food that was barely touched and eaten!! It just makes by blood pressure shoots up! At the height of our argument, he took it as threat when I told him that we will never come back to their place and even tell our friends about it.
