Good Vibrations Dj Entrnmnt
At my daughters insistence we booked this DJ for her Sweet 16. She had a great time but I was largely disappointed with this DJ. Greg was rude and seemed annoyed when I asked him and his MC to pass around some of the party goods. I had to actually do it myself. His MC barely interacted with the party goers. This DJ was a complete waist of my money.
Castello Di Borghese Vineyards
Castello di Borghese Vineyard & Winery was originally owned by the Hargraves who established the very first winery on Long Island. They have kept with their tradition of stacking the wine barrels on the lawn. The have a nice Petit Chateau. I also find their wines to be a bit more expensive than their neighbors.
Martha Clara Vineyards
Martha Clara is another popular East End Winery. Owned by the Entemann's family. They sold off the bakery and now produce some really nice wines. I like their Merlot and Red Sweetie wines. They also have a very nice sparkling wine Blanc de Blanc. You can try all of these favorites at their popular wine tastings, If you can get to the bar. Beautiful Vineyard.
Pindar Vineyards
Pindar Winery has always been one of my favorite east end wineries. They are also one of the more established ones. I enjoy several of their varieties especially Winter White, Semillion and Sweet Scarlett, which is my personal Pindar favorite.
Gilgo Beach Inn
The Gilgo Beach Inn is a snack bar serving, hot dogs, fries chicken fingers, cocktails and Beer to the older set. You can sit on the outside picnic tables and watch the boats come in the marina. They have some great bands that play on a Sunday afternoon in the summer months until Labor Day. Very popular place for the young and old.
The Beach Hut - Cedar Beach
We play beach volleyball on Monday evenings down at Cedar Beach. The Beach Hut is always great to us they run drink specials and have live entertainment. We usually hang around and have a late snack before heading home. The mussels are fantastic, the baked clams could be more clam and less bread. The staff is usually young college age kids but they are very nice.
Body Designs
My daughter decided this was the place I was taking her to get her belly button pierced. I am very pleased she chose Body Designs. The place was immaculate and the staff was super friendly. They were very professional. Highly recommend.
China Grand Restaurant Inc
We ate at China Grand recently. I thought the food was nothing special. The place was very crowded so you had to wait for a table. The staff is nice enough, but when you are done they just about push you out the door. Not a place for me.
Yoga and Fitness Evolution
This has to be one of the most deceiving gyms around. You have a membership fee that should include everything right. Well not here. They charge 20.00 monthly just to use the equipment. Then when a new gym opened across the street the owner really started flipping out. This is not a place I could recommend.
Romano, Charles - Coldwell Banker Custom Real
Coldwell Banker Custom listed and sold my house. I found a home that I wanted to purchase online but, it was listed through Century 21AA. My listing agent at Coldwell Banker brought me to the house to view it. We decided that was the home for us. At the closing table Coldwell Banker tells us that their is a charge for showing us the house that it was an exclusive listing. Buyer Beware!!
