I have been to cemeteries that are not well cared for and this is Not one of them. I buried my son, Aaron in 1994 at Deltona Memorial Cemetary. I visit frequently and am very pleased that they take great care of the property even after 14 years. The grass is mowed and kept off of the markers. Bob McFall is a caring man that you can trust in a time that is difficult and hard to know what to do.
I have been doing business with Phil Frye & Carpe Diem for 10 years. They can put your business name &/or logo on just about anything. They have a wide selection of products and manufactures. If you don't see what you're looking for...ask them and they will find it for you. I have never been disappointed in Carpe Diem!
My office has had a water cooler from Quench USA for about 4 years now. I love it since you don't have to store bottles of water & best of all you don't have to lift heavy bottles! They install a small tubing from your water source and put your water through a three step cleaning process of Ion exchange, distillation and filtration.
I can tell you the water is great. The only time I see them is if I have a problem and they are out within 48 hours.
I'll never go back to bottled water!
This is not a place that has salespeople that pressure you. We were greeted shortly after we walked in. Bill asked us if he could help us find something. I told him that we wanted to walk around. He told us where he would be when we needed him. That's my kind of salesperson. They have plenty of furniture for all kinds of tastes. I will definitely be back!
Professor Messer Music is a great little music store in Downtown Deland. Bret is super friendly and very knowledgeable. This store is a great place to get those hard to find items.
My husband didn't want to go because he thought they sold model furniture for doll houses! The owner, Julie greeted us at the door and asked if she could help us find anything. I just said that we were looking and she gave us space. I actually found the chair I wanted. They have great furniture displayed and can order basically anything you want. Julie was a great deal of help and spent some time looking in books for other pieces of furniture. I can't believe that I haven't gone there sooner.
Graham & Petula are the owners and are very friendly and helpful. As soon as I walked in, they asked me what I was looking for. Unfortunately, they didn't have it. The store is very open and uncluttered. I enjoyed walking around and looking at all the different antiques. I know I'll be back on my future browsing days & I might find it.
My husband and I have been in here several times over the years. The store just has so much stuffed jammed in there that you can't even see it all. I believe the owners know what they have and are very helpful. They are quick to ask what you are looking for and know if they have it. I just enjoy a store that I can walk all around and see everything. Who knows I might find something that I didn't know I needed! This place has tables and chairs stacked on top of each other and browsing isn't a pleasant experience.
My husband and I stopped by today and was not impressed. There were two men sitting outside and neither one looked up, said Hi or even smiled at us. The place had quite a bit of different types of furniture and accessories. The men never came inside to ask what we were looking for. There was a cat that was sleeping on a couch. The couch which is for sale was covered in fur. I might have purchased wood furniture from there, but I wouldn't buy anything with upholstery. The actually did look up and say, "Bye, have a nice day".
Our family stopped here on vacation two years ago to check it out. The owners were very friendly and kept our children busy chatting and playing with different things while we shopped. Our boys didn't want to leave, it was like visiting the Grandparents.
They have a huge selection. We purchased a camo raincoat for our 5 year old. We bought it big and it still looks like new. I have desert camo pants which are also in great condition.
We will definitely stop in again next time we are in Blue Ridge!
