Appt. was for 10:15 was told to be there 30 min. early. Waited in the waiting room for 35 min.before being called back and another 30 min. in the exam room before I was seen by the Dr. Was told it wasn't a neck problem but a shoulder problem and to get another MRI and they would call me. I had to set my MRI up myself for an earlier time than they schedualed it for. They have not returned my calls yet regarding my MRI results. Not to impressed with office staff.
