I had a color and cut with Michelle - cost $150. Michelle is the co-owner of the salon and a "master" stylist. The cut and color were okay. First off, she had multi-booked me. So after I had my hair shampooed, I had to wait a half hour while she did another client's cut!
Second off, there was an enormous pressure to buy products. She told me about this product four times and I declined. Then she brought it to the cash register to have it rung up!
Then, the next day, I get a call from her saying that one of the kids she did yesterday has lice. So, I should know since it??s highly contagious. I obviously was not happy. Afterall, I go in to a salon with $150 in my pocket + $25 tip, leave $175 less, an okay haircut and maybe bugs in my hair!!! I ask for a refund. She said that it wasn't her fault that I might have lice. I say that if I could have gone back in time and not gone into the salon, I would in a heartbeat. But, I don't have the choice... Instead I might have lice and down $150. She says too bad, no refund. What kind of service is that?!
