Karen and Tammy are sweet! They take care of you there. Even though I'm shy about receiving hair styles or cuts. They talked me into it. I was very happy with my results.
Old fashioned type of dentist. Most of everything they can take care of in the office. They take walk ins, and emergencies. Also unlike most dentists they have a 24 emergency number that you leave a message on describing you dilema, and they do call you back ASAP.
If you are like me, you are picky about your dentist. Some of the procedures take several visits, but it's worth it. Most anything is done in the office like it used to be in the past. I go there even though my insurance doesn't cover him. Instead of choosing one that is covered by my insurance. He is very reasonable, actually cheaper than most dentists with insurance.
They have everything, and if they don't they will find it. It's pricey, but well worth it. The guys in the shop are very helpful, and give suggestions on alternative parts or products. It's like a shoe store to a woman. Just be careful when you do in there you will want things that you orignally didn't need.
Very good polish sausage. It is a little pricey, but the quality is definately better than any other local polish deli. They carry a large assortment of polish candy and spices as well. It is family owned and operated. Just don't take offense to the people behind the counter, their english isn't the best.
Great Doctor. He has since moved from the location and I now go to his new location in the Publix Plaza in Plantation on Broward Blvd. He is very knowledgable and friendly. Has a very efficient bedside manner, and is very direct. I have seen him many times. He also tries to help me out now by letting me know which medicine is good for me or any alternatives that might be cheaper for me or are covered by my insurance.
They definately carry anything you may need for soccer. If they don't they can order it for you. The teenager who helped me was very sincere in finding what I needed. Especially since I was very picky about what kind of cleats I needed. Helped me find my goalie gloves as well. The only dilema I had was with the teenage boys in the back on break. They were too boisterous and playful as employees.
The place is tiny for diners, but that's because they saved all the room for the food preparation in the back. The pizza is great! Brick oven baked. That old style with the big wooden spatula too! Their baked zitti is delicious, get it with meat sauce or meatballs. But what I love is their pizza bread, I think they were the first to think of it, and you get it with what ever toppings you like. It is very filling.
The Mom still runs the place. She always has her tab book,so if you are short on cash you can put it on a tab. Just be fair she is, so don't stiff her next time. The place is old and you can tell, but the Sandwiches are great! They are huge! Made any way you like them. Sometimes the wait is a little long but it is well worth it!
I don't often make negative remarks, but the experience at this particular store was very bad. First they want to put you thru a fitness test to find out at what level you are at and then all they do is try to sell you on personal trainer. I got the package, but after dealing with a specific trainer assigned to me, not knowing what I am capable of he pushed me too hard and I actually injured myself. So when I mentioned it to him next time, he still persisted to push me. Yet throughout the process he really didn't look like he cared what level I was at. He kept on looking away. He didn't seem very knowledgable either. I have since left that specific location and gone somewhere else.
