D & D Recycling is a great metal recycling place in downtown Everett to take your unwanted and no longer needed scrap metals and junk vehicles for money. They are very fair in their pricing depending on what type of metal or vehicle you bring in and the amount/quantity of it all. Of course they will test your metals to assure you aren't bringing in any stolen merchandise of any kind and to make sure that you are being fairly priced for what you brought to them- as some metals are magnetised were the price varies. I would definitely recommend D & D Recycling to anyone looking to get rid of some junk metal - Come on now, why not get paid for your junk and help preserve the planet, instead of bringing it to the local dump and having to pay an entering/ service charge to drop off your garbage?!?! Seriously think about it!!!
I have been here a few times these last couple of months, once to take my sister to lunch. :) The Food here is very cost friendly, the portions are very big for the price you pay. It looks like a little old fashioned drive-thru burger joint dating back to the 50's and 60's, and is themed that way both inside and out, including music selection. I personally love their root-beer floats, they are gigantic for their size ranges...So be cautious! I love the genuineness of the atmosphere too, fun and entertaining, a great place to take the family for an old-fashioned All-American bite to eat. It is a fairly small diner though, so I would recommend that you call and make reservations ahead of time if there is a group of you decided to go there to dine-in. I would definitely recommend them and their food.
I have been here a few times since it opened right down the road from my house. It is a whole in the wall place, but the service and kind staff here make it all the worth while. I've noticed if you go there quite often you are sure to get some kind of bargain out of the whole experience. The food is fresh, tasty, and fairly priced.
I love coming here for a deli sandwich for both lunch and dinner , they are so yummy!!! The bread is baked fresh daily, and has always been fresh when I walked in to buy my deli sandwiches. I would recommend though if you are planning on coming here for a sandwich for lunch that you either come early or late around lunch time because they do get pretty packed in there for the lunch rush because it's one of the few local deli's close by everyone's works and the food and pricing here is fantastic. I would definitely recommend Pickle Time Deli & Market!
I woke up this morning craving donuts and decided to try out the local donut shop right down the road from my house. I walked in and noticed the place appeared to be very clean. And the donuts appeared to be fresh, but there wasn't a very good selection to choose from, which was kind of a bummer because I was expecting there to be more variety. But I couldn't pass up the prices for the donuts. I ended up buying one maple bar and one cream filled chocolate frosted-top round donut and went home to enjoy them, because surprising enough there was no place to sit down in the donut shop to enjoy your donuts there. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this donut shop when there are plenty of other around town I'm sure that offer a better selection and a place to sit down and enjoy your pastries there as well.
My mom and I come to Cash and Carry for select foods we prefer in regular grocery stores that we know we can get cheaper here instead. The store is very clean, the personnel are very friendly and courteous, and the quantity and quality of their products are unbeatable cheap when compared to chain grocery stores. I would recommend everyone to stop by and check out Cash and Carry before going to buy the same product in a retail store for a much higher price.
I went to Biringer Farm last year with my mom and sister in October close to Halloween time to pick out pumpkins at their pumpkin patch to take home and carve for an outdoor display. The location of the farm is perfect, close to home, and not to far of a commute. My mom, sister, and I had so much fun there. we walked through all the Halloween displays they had set up, got lost in the gigantic maze of overgrown corn, watched and fed the goats and miniature ponies, looked through their freshly grown produce market, and took a hay bail ride out to the pumpkin patch to select our pumpkins. This is a great place to take the whole family out for an outing. I would definitely recommend Biringer Farm to anyone and everyone in and near the Everett area.
While away at college in Pullman I came here to shop for clothes because they were priced so cheap. I also enjoyed looking around in here to see what they had that I might have been able to use back in my dorm room, or for my family members for gifts during the holiday seasons. They carried all kinds of different household things and clothing. I ended up buying a purse and some boots and a shirt before I left the shop. The cashier was very friendly and courteous when completing my transaction. The store was fairly neat for being a thrift store. I would recommend Thrift Shop of Pullman.
While me and my family stayed at the Hilltop Hotel the weekend my parents were dropping me off to attend WSU for the year me and my family choose the very very close Porky's Pit Barbecue restaurant for dinner the night before we were to move me in to my dorm room for the year. I choose the ever famous ribs, baked potato, and salad dinner combo, and rest of my family choose what they wanted. I really liked the ribs and baked potato, they were well-seasoned, but not to the point of over doing it and the salad was very fresh and included tons and tons of toppings. The food tasted just right, like it just came fresh off the grill, but wasn't burnt or over cooked. And I think my family would agree with me on that one...and the meals were cost efficient. I would recommend Porky's Pit Barbecue to those Barbecue tasting food lover's in and around the Pullman area.
I was invite here one night by some friends when I was over in Pullman for college. Pullman Bar and Grill has everything basically.. cheap snack foods and drinks, Thursday night DJ's, and dancing. I ordered a fish and chips and root-beer from the food bar to eat before we were all going to go get our dance on. The atmosphere was very modern and fashionable for a club and diner and the music spun by the DJ fit the Pullman college student personality of most. I would recommend Pullman Grill and Bar to everyone looking to go out and have a good time.
