We went to the Clifton Deli with friends a few months back. They have a large selection of meats to choose from. The sandwiches were quite large and very tasty. The service was quick and the staff was friendly.
Stopped here for lunch during a trip to the courthouse. They have really good sandwiches, plenty of meat. The service was quick and friendly and the place was clean.
Stopped here the other week during the my travels over the bridge. It was a nice little grocery store to run in and out to pick up a few necessities. Overall, the store was clean and the people were friendly.
I stopped in Pena's Food market a few months back. The cashier was very friendly and the store was clean. It seemed like a nice little corner shop as compared to the bigger grocery store chains. Good to stop for a few necessities.
V & B Cold Cuts have a really nice selection of meats and cheeses. I used them for a party when I had a spread of sandwiches. It worked out really well and the food was fresh.
Doc's has a really good selection of lunch meats and the rolls are usually fresh. The service is quick and the store is clean. I stop here whenever I visit the old neighborhood.
The Dairy Cottage was the place we went for lunch from the office. Tucked away down the hill it a perfect quiet place to get your head together after a bad morning at work. The sandwichs are good and the service is always friendly.
Pop's homemade water ice is the best water ice outside of the city. The flavors to choose from are out of this world. The soft pretzels are good too.
Rosati's Ice Cream is one of the closest to Philly ice's I've tried. When I was growing up, they were the water ice/ice cream truck to stop. It's nice you can go to them now.
Cityline Water Ice has a pretty nice selection and the service is really quick. I like the Mango here. I try to stop by whenever I am in the area during the summer months for a quick pick me up that's not too heavy or sugary.
